Typical AccountabilitiesFacilities Operation and ServicesUnderstand and follow company policies, business procedures and standards to deliver day-to-day operation, make sure the daily work is compliance within the regulations.Conduct daily inspections and issue work orders to continuously improve working environment, track the orders to be implemented accordingly.Assist Line manager to collect and submit data files among the RHQ cluster, track FM key indicators and follow up FM projects/tasks.Support and monitor OSPs to provide high quality of Soft services such as cleaning, customer service, administrative front desk and hotline services, gyms, health center, express, etcCoordinate and supervise on-site catering and meeting support, understand end users’ needs and make flexible feedback in a timely manner.Work closely with the Hard team and OSPs to plan and implement hard related work, such as on-site PPM, hard projects, spare parts, etc.Works closely with the customer/end-user to ensure customer/end-user satisfaction, make sure to capture, understand and manage of client’s expectations in line with a detailed operational plan.Assist in managing of office inventory and fixed assets, conduct the regularly assets checking.Close cooperation with stakeholders, landlord, property management company to provide high level quality of facility management and services.Conduct monthly expenses check and ensure PR/PO/Invoice/Charge out/Accrual accurately.Collaboration with FM Hard/Soft/SHE/GS team on data collection to ensure data accuracy.Continues improvements on FM operation process, system enhancement and FM relevant policy.Responsible for the organization, arrangement and coordination of various big events.Assist line manager for the management of IFM service contractors to achieve service KPIs.SHEBe conversant and in compliance with Les Incontournables for Health, Safety and Environment module.Performs all duties in a safe manner in following all safety procedures, ensures nil incident.Corporate Values & ImageEnsures understand and apply company philosophy, core values, ethical principles and all Company policiesOthersCarries out other duties and tasks assigned by supervisorsBe accountable for projects and related works when required.Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience3 years+ admin working experience in multinational enterprisesBachlor Degree or aboveGood service mindset and team work spiritGood communication and cross-functions collaborationOutstanding analysing capacity and career awarenessRisk identification and management capabilityProficient computer skills (Email, word, excel, ppt etc)Basic AI application skills
