Through our application of science-based expertise, evidence-led rigor, and human experience-driven insight, our digital solutions are deliberately crafted so that everyone can reach better health outcomes together.The Senior Director Solution Delivery oversees the successful delivery of Evinova's digital solutions to clients, managing project teams and ensuring every project is meticulously planned, completed, and delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands extensive experience in SaaS delivery for clinical trials and a proven ability to address the complex requirements of leading pharmaceutical companies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, quality assurance, and customer success to ensure seamless project execution and outstanding customer satisfaction.You will play a pivotal leadership role of Evinova China. This role will report to General Manager of China directly with a dotline to global Head of Delivery.Key Responsibilities: ● Lead all aspects of end-to-end project management for digital health solutions, leading a diverse portfolio that includes SaaS platform configurations, customizations and wearables/mobile integrations. ● Provide clear project portfolio reports to executive leadership, ensuring transparency on project status, risks, and key landmarks. ● Collaborate with the global PMO to ensure that standard processes in project management are consistently applied across all initiatives. ● Develop and implement a comprehensive solution delivery strategy that ensures projects are completed time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards. ● Drive the integration of technology components into cohesive, scalable solutions tailored to meet the complex requirements of customers. ● Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while continuously refining processes to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction. ● Engage with key internal and external partners, including pharmaceutical clients, to gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver customized solutions. ● Serve as the primary point of escalation and communication for project delivery, ensuring transparency and regular status updates. ● Manage relationships across the solution delivery portfolio, aligning project outcomes with client and business objectives. ● Work closely with the product, engineering, quality assurance, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions. ● Facilitate coordination between global and local teams to align technical delivery with business objectives and customer needs. ● Continuously evaluate and refine delivery processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality. ● Leverage industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in solution delivery for clinical trials and align with global directions. ● Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of solution delivery managers and technical experts. ● Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and guidelines.Essential Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) is preferred. ● 10+ years of progressive experience in solution delivery, with significant expertise in SaaS project management, especially in clinical trials or healthcare. ● Proven track record in managing complex projects that integrate software platforms with wearables and mobile devices. ● Extensive experience working with top pharmaceutical companies, demonstrating the ability to meet their complex requirements in clinical research. ● Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. ● Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. ● Experience working with a PMO or establishing PMO processes is highly preferred. ● Experience of managing logistics of medical devices including import and export is a plus. ● Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple projects simultaneously. ● In-depth knowledge of the China pharmaceutical R&D market, including regulatory, operational, and competitive landscapes, particularly in digital clinical research solutions. ● Fluent English and Mandarin, both can be used as working language.Why Evinova (AstraZeneca)?Evinova draws on AstraZeneca’s deep experience developing novel therapeutics, informed by insights from thousands of patients and clinical researchers.
