Brief Job Description 工作描述簡述Summarizes the job’s purpose or role and why it exists in the organization概述工作的目的或角色及其在機構(gòu)內(nèi)的價值The position is set to provide valuable service of solid great place that delivered by Engineering to customer by manage the business needs of customer, visible the service process to customer and interact with them in right attitude that align with AstraZeneca value and culture.Internally, the position will analyse the service data and provide valuable advice to Engineering LT for continuous improvement of both service level and service method.本職位是為了管理工程部客戶的業(yè)務(wù)需求以交付程部提供的良好的工作環(huán)境，為客戶提供可視化的服務(wù)流程，用符合阿斯利康價值觀及文化的正確的態(tài)度與客戶相互交流。對工程部內(nèi)部，該職位需要分析客戶服務(wù)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)并為工程部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層提供有價值的建議以便不斷地提升服務(wù)水準(zhǔn)和服務(wù)方法。During project phase fully involved in project Design、Construction、Commissioning and Qualification。As end user to support Global engineering team/Project team to deliver Qingdao pMDI project. Formal close the service交付回饋：收集客戶滿意率和反饋用于內(nèi)部服務(wù)流程控制，關(guān)閉服務(wù)請求?Notify the decision /risk/plan and next step to bother customer and internal team in the above four steps of service process.根據(jù)以上的四步服務(wù)流程，將服務(wù)需求的決定、風(fēng)險、計劃告知客戶及內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊?Use right tools to let the customer and internal staffs check and review the progress運用正確的工具使客戶及內(nèi)部員工了解服務(wù)需求的進(jìn)度?Monthly provide the data trend and report of customer service level and PM degree每月提供客戶服務(wù)及預(yù)防性維護(hù)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)分析和報告?Provide advice for Engineering further improve of service level and service process. According to the trend to Engineering LT each half year根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)趨勢每半年度向工程部管理層提供合理的建議從而提升工程部的服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和服務(wù)流程?Present the service result to customer or SLT為客戶或者管理層展示服務(wù)成果?Complete all required training on AZCOC/SHE/GMP/Compliance policies and standards within prescribed timeframes.在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)完成公司行為準(zhǔn)則、SHE、GMP、合規(guī)相關(guān)的政策及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所要求的培訓(xùn)?Strictly conduct all business activities in compliance with the AZCOC/SHE/GMP/Compliance related policies and standards.在進(jìn)行一切與業(yè)務(wù)活動時都嚴(yán)格遵守公司行為準(zhǔn)則、SHE、GMP、合規(guī)相關(guān)的政策及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。?Comply with the requirements in the letter of commitment on SHE遵守SHE承諾書上的要求
