Responsibilities：
Implement compliance working under the requirements from company.
- Be responsible for grants relevant to third-parties sponsoring, HCPs education sponsoring & consultant activities reviewing & pre/post-approval which submitted by commercial team, and some function teams according to the requirements of Baxter ‘Global Interactions Policy’, RDPAC & AdvaMed Code.
- Execute the Interaction Efficiency Improvement Program under the requirements of global Smart spend. Manage/monitor the interaction events within budget & reasonable expense on those events which enhance Baxter influence.
- Join related training programs organized by E&C as a trainer & give feedback to commercial teams regarding of problems happened in grants. Develop HCP interactions training materials for all covered commercial teams.
- Be familiar with the business field of variety of SBUs which make the reasonable judgement of the sponsorships.
- Keep active communication with commercial teams & ensure to keep updated with external environment changing which help to detect potential risks in grants. It should be presented in time internally.
- Keep communication with E&C, Legal, Finance departments, detect some risks neglected in the working process & point out internally.
- Keep enthusiasm of continuous self-learning. Besides internal policy, take notice of external relevant laws, regulations, codes and policies which can help to keep alert.
Take operation job as required by medical department
- Work with MA colleagues, assist to develop the medical digital education projects as a project owner or team member.
- Work with colleagues from other departments, execute some projects assigned by medical or global.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
- Experience of executing academic activities as a marketer, medical person, salesperson. Working experience as compliance officer in a business unit or medical department will be preferred.
- Medical, clinical or pharmaceutical education background will be preferred.
- Familiar with office software application, especially proficient in Excel, PowerPoint etc.
