Bidding Strategy Manager

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
? Responsible for bidding management of Southern China (Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Hunan, Hubei, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi), including provincial bids, city/hospital level price negotiations, new product bidding launch and etc.
? Develop bidding strategy and support regional bidding managers in bidding projects
? Analyze national/provincial/regional/hospital bidding policy and lobby for bidding success
? Coordinate cross-functional communications with BU/BD/SCM/RA to obtain support for bidding strategy and execution

Desirable Requirements:
? Systematical experienced strategic thinker related to bidding access environment and policy-making processes in China
? Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills to manage conflicts and drive consensus among different stakeholders
? Able to work efficiently in result-oriented style under high pressure and urgent timeline
? Bidding related working experience and Pharmaceutical or Health Policy related education background are preferred
? Fluent in both written and spoken English and base in Shanghai
