工作內(nèi)容：
- 為項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場的工作人員提供全科及院前醫(yī)療服務(wù)
- 必要時(shí)實(shí)施病人從項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場到當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院的急救、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)
- 急救培訓(xùn)及健康醫(yī)療知識(shí)普及
- 管理項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場診所
任職要求：
- 臨床醫(yī)學(xué)五年制本科及以上學(xué)歷
- 持有醫(yī)師執(zhí)業(yè)證書、醫(yī)生資格證書
- 三年及三年以上臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- 具備責(zé)任心和良好的溝通能力
- 良好的英語交流能力，愿意在國際化公司環(huán)境工作
- 熟練使用電腦，包括Microsoft Office 系列辦公軟件
輪崗要求:
對(duì)工作在項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場提供醫(yī)療服務(wù)的員工，執(zhí)行國際行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)輪換工作制，每連續(xù)工作4周后，將帶薪連續(xù)休假4周。
工作期間除基本工資外，享受各項(xiàng)津貼福利。家庭所在地和工作地點(diǎn)的往返差旅費(fèi)用（包括機(jī)票，酒店）均由公司承擔(dān)，并有專人負(fù)責(zé)旅行安排。
工作地點(diǎn)：
公司統(tǒng)一安排，目前國內(nèi)空缺在山東、江蘇、廣東，外國空缺在中東，北非，東非
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide primary medical care on site to the client and others as agreed;
- To provide appropriate emergency medical/trauma response and care which includes the preparation and management of emergency evacuations of client personnel as directed by International SOS Coordinating Doctor and as per existing International SOS procedures;
- Assessment and immediate treatment of serious illness or injury including assessment, treatment, and regular follow up of all cases until complete resolution;
- Responsible for Health and Wellness Promotion to the site workforce and Emergency Preparedness;
- Managing Site Client’s in-house facility;
- Ensure quality of services and delivery is according to International SOS standards;
- Quality Audits and writing relevant report;
- Client Interface & Community Program;
- Additional administrative duties on-site.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor or above degree in Clinical Medicine and more than 3 years of clinical medicine experience;
- Hold a clinical medicine license ;
- Good GP and ER practice skill is preferred;
- Confident, teamwork and good customer service attitude;
- Good command of English and Chinese, both speaking and writing.
- Proficient computer user, good command of Microsoft Office Suite
Rotation Requirement:
For our staffs who are assigned to work abroad at the site of different projects to provide medical services, we will follow the international standard rotation schedule – 4 weeks’ work and 4 weeks’ paid vacation. Site staffs are entitled to bonuses and allowances in addition to base salary.
Traveling will be coordinated and arranged by the company. And the company will afford traveling expenditures (including flight tickets, hotel, etc.) happened due to traveling between the staff’s home and work site.
