職位描述
工作內(nèi)容：
- 國(guó)際醫(yī)療救援服務(wù)。與世界各地援助中心協(xié)調(diào)醫(yī)生合作，負(fù)責(zé)處理所有中國(guó)客戶(hù)、病人以及在華國(guó)際人員的國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)外相關(guān)緊急醫(yī)療救援求助，提供及時(shí)、專(zhuān)業(yè)的醫(yī)療建議，組織和監(jiān)督醫(yī)療救援服務(wù)。根據(jù)工作需要，承擔(dān)夜間輪班服務(wù)。
- 醫(yī)療轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)。根據(jù)國(guó)際醫(yī)療運(yùn)輸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，在需要時(shí)擔(dān)任航空飛行醫(yī)生，完成國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)際病人轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)任務(wù)。
- 發(fā)展和維護(hù)醫(yī)療服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。協(xié)助相關(guān)團(tuán)隊(duì)在中國(guó)大陸地區(qū)建立和維護(hù)高質(zhì)量的國(guó)際醫(yī)療供需網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
任職要求：
- 臨床醫(yī)學(xué)五年制本科及以上學(xué)歷, 持有醫(yī)師執(zhí)業(yè)證書(shū)、醫(yī)生資格證書(shū)
- 五年以上臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)（急診、ICU、大內(nèi)科、外科、全科等）
- 良好的中文和英語(yǔ)交流能力，包括口頭和書(shū)面交流
- 優(yōu)秀的溝通能力（包括跨文化交流能力），包括與團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的溝通、以及與中外客戶(hù)、病人的溝通，特別是電話(huà)溝通能力
- 能夠適應(yīng)夜班、航空轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)任務(wù)、及其他必要的國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)際商務(wù)差旅
-有三甲醫(yī)院工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
-有海外工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和（或）多種語(yǔ)言能力優(yōu)先
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking and handling all medically and operationally related calls received from all types of Chinese clients/patients. Provide prompt professional medical advice. Organize and supervise appropriate medical assistance. As per roster, undertake day and night shifts in office.
- Medical Evacuation. Act as a medical escort when required for appropriate medical cases based on Medical Transport Standards (MTS).
- Network development and maintenance. In Mainland China region, help to develop and maintain a high quality medical network.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Medical degree or above., Hold clinical medicine license
- At least 5 years working experience in in ICU / ER / GP / surgery / internal medicine
- Good command of Chinese and English, both in speaking and writing
- Excellent communication skills both internally (with team members) and externally (with patient / clients), especially over the phone.
- Comfortable with night shifts, aero evacuation assignments and other business trips when needed.
