Be responsible for communicating with PI/PMs to prepare all the import/export permits. E.g. CIQ risk assessment, CITES, CFDA, etc
Be responsible for Customs clearance for the shipments
Be responsible for the domestic shipments
Checking billing list and finishing check requests for Logistics related vendors monthly.
Document all transportation service failures, resolve, and escalate to management when appropriate resolution is incomplete.
Follow SOPs to guarantee compliance, uniformity, and standardization
Assist the Manager within the department with administrative tasks as assigned (e.g. Tracking Shipments, post-inspections from governments).

Education / Qualifications
Bachelor at least
Good in English reading, writing, listening and speaking
Experience
About 5-year working experience in Logistics relevant experience
Below experience is preferred
1. Good knowledge in the importing&exporting live animals/animal materials
2. Good knowledge in the import&export permit application for live animals/animal materials including animal isolation permit, CIQ import permit, CITES permit, etc
