KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

負責新檢驗員的培訓及檢驗員的周期性資格考核；
協助主管做好抽樣方案的評估及優化；
完成過程檢驗工作,確保數據準確，及時出報告；
對測試結果進行統計分析；
負責檢驗報告的填寫、分發及檢驗記錄的整理和保存；
對于檢驗過程中發現的產品質量不合格情況通知上級主管，并視情況簽發不合格品報告或糾正預防措施；
負責產品檢驗狀態標識
做好實驗室5S/EHS工作；
協助工程部和其它部門做好驗證/質量計劃的檢測

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

具有大專或以上學歷或優秀的應屆畢業生;
至少2年以上醫療器械或醫藥行業從事質量檢驗及基層管理的經驗
熟悉醫療器械/醫藥行業的實驗室要求
了解ISO9001和ISO13485質量管理體系知識
能熟練使用通用測量工具（千分尺，塞規、三座標，OGP）
具有數據統計基礎知識（X-R/P 圖的運用，CPK/PPK的計算，MSA）；
具有良好的溝通能力；
熟練使用office辦公軟件；
