職位描述
Associate solution manager is working with regional sales and local marketing team to implement solution selling project and customer academic project, for example, workflow optimization project, sample quality management, SOP management; meanwhile contributing to a very important sale process, sale funnel and MPC review.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責）
- Work closely with local sales and marketing team to provide clinical consulting services to PAS customers, design academic project and deliver the project result through project management
- Utilize scientific tools to optimize workflow for PAS customers, for example lean, 6sigma etc.
- Support marketing through development of contents and evidence to differentiate PAS products
- Provide pre-sales support to marketing the value of PAS products, services and solutions.
- Work as a trainer to deliver relevant project management and solution training course to internal and external customers.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Above 5 years’ experience in biological/medical industry and experience to deliver relevant project and project management
- Good English skills in written English
Good interpersonal and communication skills
