在自動化項目中，作為核心技術力量，與設備供應商一起參與自動化項目的設計評審，設備安裝。 主導設備的驗證和持續改進。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責）
- Responsible for Automation Equipment acquisition and implementation in BD Suzhou plant；負責碧迪蘇州工廠自動化設備的引入和項目實施；
- Accountable for automation project implementation including process (engineering) development, prototype development, cost estimation, Project planning and resourcing, Equipment specification development, vendor selection, design reviews, buy-off, installation and process validation in Suzhou plant；自動化項目的具體實施包括：工藝過程（工程實現）的開發，工程原型機的開發，成本評估，項目計劃和資源配置，設備規格要求的制定，供應商的選擇，設計評審，購買，及在蘇州工廠的安裝和工藝過程的驗證；
- Work with equipment suppliers and internal customers to facilitate smooth technology transfer and ensure GMP compliance；能很好地保障設備供應商和內部設備最終用戶之間技術傳遞的順暢，并符合GMP的要求；
- Lead Continuous Improvement projects to improve machine efficiency (OEE) and product quality；領導持續改進項目提高設備的運行效率（OEE）和產品質量；
- Provide and/or facilitate technical training on automation process control and process engineering；提供和（或）保障自動化設備工藝過程自動化控制和工程實現的技術培訓；
- Performs any other duty as assigned. 需要完成其他指派的任務。
SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
- 1~3years’ experience in Automation Equipment design & build industry. Any experience in designing and supporting medical device and/or food industry is advantage; 1~3年自動化設備設計和制造行業的經驗。有醫療器械和（或）食品行業的設計和支持的經驗更佳；
- Fluent in both spoken and written English; 流利的英語口語和寫作能力；
- Familiar with pneumatic system, robotic (slide tables, servo drive, pick & place), cam mechanism design and debug熟悉氣動系統，機器人機構（滑臺，伺服驅動，抓取&放置），凸輪機構的設計和調試；
- 1-3years of hand on experience in assembly and debugging of automation machine is a MUST; 必須具備1~3年自動化設備裝配和調試的實踐經驗；
- Technical-oriented with 1-2years Design experience Automation Equipment is preferred; 技術方面有3-4年自動化設備設計經驗更佳；
- Can complete the machine buy specification, can lead the design review with machine vendor from plant; 能夠獨立完成設備技術規格書，代表工廠直接參與與設備供應商的設計評估；
- Good project management, teamwork and communication skill; 良好的項目管理，團隊協作和溝通能力；
- Good Documentation skills, able to document the troubleshooting and debugging guide; 良好的文檔能力，能夠將故障排除和調試指導文檔化；
- Bachelor degree in mechanics, electronics or industrial engineering; 具有機械，電子或工業工程學士學位；
- Willing to travel internationally in short notice. 具備接收短期通知就可進行海外出差的條件。
- 優秀的機械及其自動化/電氣工程相關專業，英語六級的應屆碩士生也可以考慮。
