職位描述
崗位職責:完成公司年度所轄區域的銷售指標;
? 對代理商的分銷渠道進行調整,提高競爭力及協調管理能力;
? 與新代理商完成合同條款,簽訂合同;
? 協助代理商拓展市場,達成銷售指標;
? 參與產品的招投標;
? 對代理商和醫院相關科室進行產品知識和銷售技巧的培訓;
? 與重點客戶建立良好的長期合作關系;
? 制定明確的區域發展計劃,配合代理商確定重點推廣產品和市場活動。
任職資格:
醫學、藥學、生物、醫學工程或相關領域專科以上學歷;
? 2 年以上醫藥行業銷售工作經驗,醫療器械經驗者優先;
? 性格開朗、反應敏捷、表達能力強,具有較強的溝通能力及交際技巧,具有親和力;
? 具備一定的市場分析及判斷能力,良好的客戶服務意識;
? 有責任心,能承受較大的工作壓力。
