Medication safety & automation represents a strategic growth area for BD2. A Senior Software Engineer in the Dispensing Technologies research and development team is responsible for system design, requirement documentation, detail design, coding, unit testing and technical support for medication management and dispensing related solutions.
Responsibility:
- Full lifecycle software application development
- Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)
- Implement the design with C# programming
- Unit testing over software emulation or hardware
- Integrate software component to overall system
- Work with rest of team in debugging system integration problems
- Provide technical support to other teams
- Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation
- Integrate software with existing systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar level of experience
- Sound Knowledge of .NET framework and C# language
- Full Stack Development experience is preferred
- Sound Knowledge of OOA, SOA, MVC and software engineering
- Sound Knowledge of databases (SQL Server) , Entity Framework
- Experience with TFS or similar software management tools
- Knowledge of software quality management standard, e.g. ISO, CMMI, GAMP5
- Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol, socket programming
- Familiar with Agile development procedure and test driven development methodology
- Knowledge of Software Development Life cycle (SDLC)
- Certification in various computer skills would be an added plus
- Fluent in English and Mandarin languages, both verbal and written
