GENERAL FUNCTION基本職能
- Engage in product and manufacturing supporting activities within the plant to meet quality, service level, cost and business objectives. 從事產品生產支持工作以達到工廠在質量，服務水平，成本和商業方面的目標。
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES工作職能
- Supporting the technical needs of the BDB Operations, release testing, stability monitoring, cell culture, validating new materials and methods etc. 對BDB運營提供技術支持，包括放行測試、穩定性監控、細胞培養、驗證新的方法和物料等。
- Responsible for equipment maintenance/calibration and lab daily monitoring. 負責設備維護/校驗及實驗室的日常維護。
- Engage in BDB product release testing, cell culture activities in support to manufacturing operations. 參與BDB產品放行測試及細胞培養等以支持生產運營。
- Implement and complete the tasks on qualification process validation or equipment validation. 執行完成檢驗流程工藝驗證或設備驗證。
- Participate in the equipment and consumable management. 參與設備及耗材的管理。
- Develop and revise document related to group responsibility. 編寫及修改部門職責相關文件。
- Performs any other task(s) as assigned，or defined in related quality procedure. 完成其他與質量程序相關的任務。
JOB REQUIREMENTS職位要求
Education教育
- College degree in Immunology, Biochemistry, Biology, Medicine, Pharmaceutical or related science. 大專學歷，免疫、生物化學、生物、醫學、制藥等相關專業。
- Experience in immunoassay technologies and cell culture is preferred. 有免疫分析技術和細胞培養經驗者優先考慮。

- Good hands-on operation skill. 良好的動手能力
- Good learning ability. 良好的學習能力
- Good communication skill 良好的溝通能力
- Basic English skill. 基本的英語能力
