職位描述

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Personal support to Function Heads(3-4 heads) including daily agenda management and travel management.

2. BU LT meetings and events support, including logistics arrangement and meeting minutes.

3. Monthly/quarterly report generation/consolidation if needed.

4. Provides expenses tracking.

5. Act as a contact point for business related processes (tendering, quality, sampling, etc).

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. Customer focus and good communication skill.

2. Good command of MS skill (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), especially profound PPT and excel skills.

3. Good English communication skill and written ability.

4. Interpersonal effectiveness.

5. Self-driven and accountable with strong ownership.

6. Strong learning agility, high integrity, and key stakeholder management.

7. Result-oriented.

DESIRABLE

Bachelor Degree in relative disciplines.
Relative working experience as senior executive assistant and sales support is plus.
