？與新代理商完成合同條款，簽訂合同；

？對代理商和醫院相關科室進行產品知識和銷售技巧的培訓；

？與重點客戶建立良好的長期合作關系；

？制定明確的區域發展計劃，配合代理商確定重點推廣產品和市場活動。
