工作職責：

？公司年中會，年會， Incentive trip以及部門LT會議的組織和統籌; 部門重要項目支持，對內對外聯絡及內部流程跟進

？ Global訪客的來訪安排和接待

？跨部門溝通協調和公司內部溝通

？對LT團隊的支持和面向整個Franchise的溝通

？部門內部采購，供應商，報賬，人事系統和流程操作

？部門行政事務處理

？部門各團隊預算的控制和分析

？中英互譯，Franchise Head PPT制作更新等paperwork

？提供銷售支持，包括督促代理商提交月度銷售數據；

？匯總銷售數據,制作季度銷售數據報表；

？市場活動的后勤準備和現場協調；

？協助經理對每月市場費用進行匯總；

？協助建立和維護代理商檔案信息。

能力要求：

？良好的中/ 英文口頭及書面表達能力；

？熟練使用辦公軟件，尤其是Excel。

？具備良好的人際溝通和組織協調能力；

？具備親和力與計劃，執行能力；

？良好的數據分析與處理能力；

任職資格：

？市場營銷或行政管理等相關專業本科及以上學歷；

？大學英語4級以上；

？ 2-5年以上外企相關工作經驗；
