POSITION SUMMARY職位概要
This position is responsible for customer complaint handling and he/she is to work together with the manufacturing plants, local sales and marketing teams, to complete the failure investigation and feedback to the customers. The position also support to maintain an effective and efficient quality system that creates customer value addressing elements critical to Business success, continuity and competitive advantage.
負(fù)責(zé)客戶投訴處理,需要和制造工廠、本地銷售和市場團(tuán)隊的員工進(jìn)行合作,完成事件調(diào)查并反饋給客戶。同時,需要協(xié)助其他質(zhì)量人員一起維護(hù)質(zhì)量體系的及時、有效,為公司業(yè)務(wù)的成功、持續(xù)和競爭優(yōu)勢創(chuàng)造更多的價值。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要職責(zé)
1. Responsible for the customer complaint handling, including but not limited to: login the complaint information into PIR system, communication with manufacturing sites and sales and marketing, feedback to the customer, maintenance of the complaint database etc.;
負(fù)責(zé)客戶投訴處理,包括但不限于:投訴信息的系統(tǒng)錄入、與制造工廠\銷售\市場人員的溝通、反饋給客戶、維護(hù)投訴信息數(shù)據(jù)庫;
2. Responsible for maintaining the customer-facing related quality system;
負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)客戶投訴相關(guān)的質(zhì)量體系;
3. Responsible for coordinating the business need from local sales and marketing team with the manufacturing plants;
負(fù)責(zé)將本地銷售和市場團(tuán)隊的業(yè)務(wù)需求,傳遞給制造工廠;
4. Other related work assigned by the Manager.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES能力要求
1. 1~2 years’ quality assurance experience, prefer the pharmaceutical or medical device industry;
1~2年質(zhì)量保證相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗,制藥和醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2. Relevant experience in customer facing, complaint management, failure investigation, corrective & preventive action, and document & quality records management;
面對客戶相關(guān)經(jīng)驗、投訴管理、事件調(diào)查、糾正和預(yù)防措施、文件記錄管理;
3. Fluent in written English;
熟練的英語書寫
4. Good communication skills;
良好的溝通技能
5. Teamwork;
團(tuán)隊合作
6. Drive for results and action oriented with a high sense of urgency.
以高度的緊迫感推動結(jié)果和行動
DESIRABLE期望
1. College degree or above;
大專及大專以上學(xué)歷
2. Good English communication skills, computer skills, excel, PowerPoint etc.
良好的英語溝通、計算機(jī)、Excel和PowerPoint技能
