職位描述

崗位職責(zé)：完成公司年度所轄區(qū)域的銷售指標(biāo)；

？對代理商的分銷渠道進行調(diào)整，提高競爭力及協(xié)調(diào)管理能力；

？與新代理商完成合同條款，簽訂合同；

？協(xié)助代理商拓展市場，達成銷售指標(biāo)；

？參與產(chǎn)品的招投標(biāo)；

？對代理商和醫(yī)院相關(guān)科室進行產(chǎn)品知識和銷售技巧的培訓(xùn)；

？與重點客戶建立良好的長期合作關(guān)系；

？制定明確的區(qū)域發(fā)展計劃，配合代理商確定重點推廣產(chǎn)品和市場活動。

任職資格：

醫(yī)學(xué)、藥學(xué)、生物、醫(yī)學(xué)工程或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)？埔陨蠈W(xué)歷；

？ 2 年以上醫(yī)藥行業(yè)銷售工作經(jīng)驗，醫(yī)療器械經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；

？性格開朗、反應(yīng)敏捷、表達能力強，具有較強的溝通能力及交際技巧，具有親和力；

？具備一定的市場分析及判斷能力，良好的客戶服務(wù)意識；

？有責(zé)任心，能承受較大的工作壓力。
