工作目標：

負責MPS部門（留置針等產品線）的臨床教育工作

主要職責:

1. 臨床講課，跟針。

2. 全院護士講課培訓

3. 協助銷售團隊開展外阜城市護理學會整體項目培訓

4. 協助銷售團隊對靜脈注射俱樂部的溝通及部分培訓

5. 協助質量事件的處理

6. 所負責醫院新產品進院后的操作培訓，協助臨床增量

7. 了解學習靜療項目設計，和客戶溝通，確認和開展項目

8. 幫助廣闊市場銷售做好專業培訓

技能與能力:

? 專業：護理

? 學歷：大專及以上

? 要求：

– 3年以上臨床護理經驗，主管護師或具有臨床護理管理者優先。

– 較好的演講、溝通能力。

– 熟練應用電腦及辦公軟件

– 能夠接受出差。
