POSITION SUMMARY（職位概述）
Responsible for Tax declaration with and communication with SSC to insure AP accounts accuracy.
負責稅務納稅申報及與SSC溝通確保應付賬款的正確性。
Responsible for RTP control in plant, T&E claim approval, the foreign currency payment preparation, Cash flow management and Bank affairs related.
負責完善工廠RTP 政策， 員工報銷的審核，外幣付款的準備，現金流的管理及銀行相關事宜的處理。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責）
1. Issue invoices( VAT and Export invoices) according to SAP system timely;
及時按時SAP系統信息據發票（增值稅發票和外銷發票）；
2. Declare related tax( withholding tax, VAT, ect) for non-trade payment
完成非貿項下的相關稅務申報
3. Responsible for VAT and CIT declaration to tax bureau
按時完成增值稅，出品退稅及企業所得稅的納稅申報4. Statistics for Tax Bureau and Government authorities
完成稅務及相關部門要求的報表5. Others related with Tax
其他跟稅務相關的工作
6. The Administrator of Concur system, maintain Concur master data, and upload the data to SAP after check the claim with paper documentations for SZ Plant
蘇州工廠的Concur報銷系統的管理員，維護Concur系統的主數據，審核蘇州工廠費用報銷并完成SAP的財務處理
1. Foreign currency payment preparation and verification for SZ Plant
蘇州工廠外幣貨款的支付及核銷.
2. Cash flow management and Bank affairs related
現金流管理及銀行相關事宜的處理（包括印鑒等）
3. Maintains and updates all company license
公司所有證件的保管及更新
SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1. 5 years finance working experience in multinational company
5年跨國公司財會工作經驗；
2. Familiar with tax policy and operation.
熟悉稅法及稅務操作
3. Familiar with US and PRC GAAP
熟悉中方及美方財務政策
4. Communication, learning and the ability to adapt
溝通能力，學習的能力，適應的能力
5. Good command of speaking and written English.
英語聽說及讀寫能力
6. Major in accounting/finance related with bachelor degree.
