- Provide the coach to MFG technician and operators effectively, build talents for company

4.Strong planning and organization capability to coordinate the resource cross functional to help Molding solve the problems 強的計劃和組織能力協(xié)調(diào)各部門資源幫助注塑協(xié)調(diào)解決問題

6. Check production operation status of molding workshop make sure production running under requirement of quality management procedure of company.檢查注塑車間的生產(chǎn)運作情況，確保生產(chǎn)是按照公司的質(zhì)量管理程序要求開展的。
7.Check process inspection record and quality inspection check record make sure the record is complete and accurate.
檢查生產(chǎn)過程控制的工藝檢查記錄及質(zhì)量檢查記錄，確保記錄是完整和準(zhǔn)確的
8. Check if any some potential safety hazard with team, make some preventive action.
和團(tuán)隊一起檢查生產(chǎn)過程是否存有潛在的安全隱患，制定相應(yīng)的預(yù)防措施。
9. Analyze some deviation about output and quality, to develop some related improved and preventive actions.
及時的分析生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的產(chǎn)量異常和質(zhì)量異常情況，并制定相應(yīng)的改善和預(yù)防措施。
10. Check spare parts management status about press and mold. Ensure the quantity and quality meet requirement.
檢查注塑設(shè)備和模具的備件管理情況，確保備件的質(zhì)量和數(shù)量符合要求。
11.Make sure molding section spending under budget
控制MOLDING 的預(yù)算，確保花費不超出預(yù)算
12. Make training plan for employee and be responsible for the implement.
制定員工的培訓(xùn)計劃并負(fù)責(zé)培訓(xùn)的實施情況。
13. Make molding capacity plan for future according to product volume forecast
依據(jù)產(chǎn)品的銷售量預(yù)測，規(guī)劃未來的注塑產(chǎn)能。
14.Be responsible for continuous improvement of molding section.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Molding or Mechanical engineering
本科學(xué)歷以上，模具或機械相關(guān)專業(yè)
2. 5 years’ experience as Molding engineer，Medical device background is preferred.
5 年以上模具工程師經(jīng)驗，醫(yī)療器材行業(yè)為佳
3. Good knowledge and experience about people management and working experience molding industry.
良好的員工管理知識和經(jīng)驗和從業(yè)經(jīng)驗在注塑行業(yè)
4. Familiar with injection molding process about standard set-up, optimization, trouble shooting.
熟悉注塑成型工藝，包括定義標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化參數(shù)，優(yōu)化，注塑缺陷的解決。
5. Familiar with mold structure and troubleshooting.
熟悉模具結(jié)構(gòu)及故障排除方法
6. Good problem-solving ability, using tools like brainstorming, fishbone diagram, 3x5 why. data statistic.
良好的問題解決能力，可以使用相關(guān)的工具，頭腦風(fēng)暴、魚骨圖、3乘5個為什么，數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計及分析
7. Good knowledge of lean production, like continuous improvement, process balance.
