POSITION SUMMARY（職位概述）
- Be responsible for automation assembly process daily management which focus on each zone waste rate analysis, and set priority with Paratoo analysis. Issue improvement plan and lead the team to implement that. 負責自動裝配過程日常管理工作，重點關注每個工作區的廢品率分析，應用柏拉圖分析設定優先等級。提出改進計劃和領導團隊完成項目。
- Monitor process quality issue once received customer complaint, or internal quality issue from QA, will lead the team to do investigation, root cause analysis, figure out action plan and follow up until closed. 監控過程質量問題，一旦收到客戶投訴，或者來自QA的質量問題檢測報告，將負責領導生產團隊進行調查，原因分析以及尋找糾正措施計劃，并跟蹤直到完成。
- Have capability on preparing related validation plan and project (for equipment / product), and be indecently complete the validation report 準備有關項目（設備/產品）的驗證計劃，并能夠獨立完成驗證報告；
- Have capability on communication in English, be capable to communicate with oversea engineer on the project. 具備良好的英語溝通能力，能夠就該項目與國外工程師進行溝通交流；
- Have capability on writing related document (including drawing, product specification, raw material specification, process map and process risk management and audit) 具備獨立編寫相關文件的能力（包括圖紙、產品規范、原材料規范、工藝流程圖及過程風險管理編制/審核）；
- Have capability to train technicians and guide how to work 具備對技工進行培訓并指導其工作的能力。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責）
- Be responsible for automation assembly lines process management. 負責自動生產裝配線工藝管理
- Be responsible for automation process enhancement such as OEE performance continue improvement 負責自動裝配工藝改進，如OEE的持續改進
- Be participate to attend automation project buy off and support process validation as a key team member 作為一個關鍵團隊成員，參與自動線項目的引進和支持工藝工程的驗證
- Work with Project leader/engineer to develop automation process SOP which include operator SOP, maintenance SOP and Preventive Maintenance Plan Per ISO 9001/13485 requirement 按照ISO 9001/13485要求，與項目負責人或者工程師一起，開發自動裝配工藝的SOP，其中包括操作工SOP，保養SOP以及保養計劃
- Provide technical training to technicians and operators when requirement is necessary 如果需要，負責對技工以及操作工提高不同層面的技術培訓
- Continue improve and sustain overall performance of automation assembly line 持續改進和維持自動裝配生產線的業績指標
- Work with QA engineer and continue improvement on product quality 與QA工程師一起，持續改進產品質量
- Be responsible for productivity improvement including budget management, continuous improvement and enhance automation team capability. 負責生產力的改善，其中包括預算管理，CI改進和提升自動裝配生產線團隊的能力。
SKILLSANDABILITIES（技能）
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanics and electronics on industrial engineering, Master is preferred. 機電或者工業工程專業本科或以上學歷，擁有碩士學位則更好
- 5~8 years experience in automation manufacturing or automation assembly lines. 5至8年在自動化生產或者自動裝配線的經驗。
- Preference: technical-oriented & experienced professional, be familiar with automation machine is a MUST. 期望：以技術以及專業經驗為導向，熟悉自動化設備
- Solid automation operating experience in Medical Device manufacturing process would be an advantage 具備在醫療器械生產工藝方面自動化運營經驗者作為優先考慮
- Validation experience on automation assembly line would be preferred 具備有自動化裝配線驗證經驗者則優先考慮
- Good project management, teamwork and communication skill 良好的項目管理能力，團隊合作和溝通技巧等能力
- Lean manufacturing and six sigma background is preferred. 具備精益生產和6西格瑪背景為優先考慮
- Fluent English in oral and written 具備流利的英文口頭和書面交流的能力
