GENERAL FUNTION基本職能

• Engage POC Quality control inspection activities within the plant  to meet quality, service level, cost and business objectives.   從事POC產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)工作以達(dá)到工廠在質(zhì)量，服務(wù)水平，成本和商業(yè)方面的目標(biāo)。

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES工作職能

• Responsibility of the incumbent to perform all tasks in a safe  manner, keeping in mind safety awareness at all times. It is expected that the  incumbent will not only practice safety on the job, but will be responsible for  the safety of others working in the area.   確保自己不管是在工作中還是工作外，對(duì)自己還是他人，任何時(shí)候都具有安全意識(shí)。
• Lead QC POC team to implement and complete the tasks on raw  material inspection and release，HALB and FERT product inspection,  stability monitoring, customer complain investigation  and validation.   領(lǐng)導(dǎo)QC POC團(tuán)隊(duì)實(shí)施并完成原材料檢驗(yàn)放行、半成品及成品檢驗(yàn)、穩(wěn)定性監(jiān)控、客戶投訴調(diào)查和工藝設(shè)備驗(yàn)證。
• Work on inspection relative tasks in conjunction with Manufacturing,  Reagent，materials and Engineering counterparts on new product  introduction, material change projects   分別與生產(chǎn)部，試劑部，物料部和工程部合作，負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品引入，物料變更等相關(guān)檢驗(yàn)工作。
• Take responsible for related data trending analysis.   負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的匯總分析。
• Lead or  participate in assigned projects and/or tasks to promote efficiency,  verification and implementation of solutions and control processing to achieve  product and process conformance.   參與或領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分配的項(xiàng)目，以提高方案的效率，有助于生產(chǎn)工藝的實(shí)施。
• Provide  technical guidance to other personnel and assigned teams; mentor others in the  organization.    領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)并為成員提供技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。
• Performs  any other task(s) as assigned，or defined in related quality  procedure.   完成其他與質(zhì)量程序相關(guān)的任務(wù)。
