Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
1. Manage various business services in overall to fulfill the organization’s current and future
employee business service needs in effective, reliable, and cost-saving approaches. These
activities should include and not limited to: catering service, company transportation services,
reception service, office supplies & equipment; canteen management, mail room service, meeting
support, cleaning and employee convenience services etc.) 全面監督與管理公司員工服務相關活
動,確保有效、可靠、經濟地滿足公司目前與未來需求。(包括但不限于:前臺服務、辦公用品及
辦公設備設施管理、餐廳管理,郵寄管理、會務支持、保潔、員工便利等。)
2. Proactively and innovatively working with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and
implement for enhance employee satisfaction, create a great workplace for employee. 主動并積
極關注內外客戶,識別需求并通過創新服務以提高員工滿意度, 提供一個卓越的工作場所。
3. Planning for the business services related budget in accordance with the company’s guideline, and be responsible to monitor the implementation status from time to time. 制定符合既定標準的
預算,監督管理綜合業務部門相關費用的合理使用。
4. To manage effectively, measure and evaluate the services provider’s performance, compliance
and satisfaction level, and also to facilitate the continuous improvement/upgrade of
services/process/facilities so as to support the business activities in a sustainable approach. 有效
評估和管理供應商的服務質量, 有效評估辦公室設備設施的使用情況,推進服務及設備設施、服務
流程的更新升級, 為公司業務活動提供持續性的支持。
5. Ensure that all approaches taken on services activities safety, health and environmental
protection are in accordance with current and future development and is based on corporate and
local SHE requirement and practices. 根據總部SHE的要求和本地情況,使辦公室的安全、健康和
環境保護措施符合總部目前和未來發展的方針政策。
6. Planning for workspace optimization according to the company business growth as well as the
headcount increase. Facilitate the implementation of agile workplace strategy in all offices to
engage our employees and in the meantime to meet the fast growth of the business. 根據公司業
務發展和人員增長情況, 籌劃工作空間的優化利用,在公司各地辦公室積極推行靈活工作空間策
略以滿足公司業務快速成長及員工敬業需求。
7. Following site GO-LEAN principal and implement workspace 5S management and eliminate
waste and loss. 根據公司精益原則執行辦公環境5S管理,消除浪費和減少損失。
8. Liaise with functional or operational area managers to ensure that services policies, program, and
activities are appropriate for their current and future business needs. 聯絡與協調相關職能部門,
確保辦公室管理政策、項目、活動符合目前、未來的業務需求。
9. Support employee’s events according to events’ organizer, and make sure that all
program/activities are aligned with company’s strategy. 根據員工活動組織者或者負責人的要求提
供合理支持,確保所有活動方案與公司目前和未來發 展的方針保持一致。
10. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of paraprofessional staff to ensure that services
activities are completed on time, according to established standards, and within established
budgets. 領導,指導評估和發展專家團隊,確保及時提供服務支持。
11. Other business services related tasks or projects assigned by manager
完成上級指派的其他項目。
Specific Knowledge Skills :
1. Ability to operate a computer and
use database, word processing,
spreadsheet, graphing,
PowerPoint and other software as
specific to the company. 能熟練應
用數據處理,文字處理等辦公相關軟
件。
2. Exercises good verbal and written
communication skills良好的書面和
口頭表達能力。
3. Good interpersonal skills; team
player; well-organized. 有組織能力
,較強團隊合作精神。
4. Fluent oral and written English is a
plus.流利的英文能力為佳。
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality at
