Job Summary職位概述:
Responsible for technical training and support for customers and service teams.
為客戶和技術服務團隊提供專業(yè)產品技術培訓和支持。
Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作職責:
1. Supported by Training and Support Consultants, deliver technical training courses for internal employees, customers and distributors in the fields or other campuses.
為內部員工，客戶及經銷商進行產品的技術培訓。
2. To adhere to the policy and processes for training delivery in order to enable a standardized course delivery.
要堅持培訓政策和交付流程，以保證標準化的授課。
3. Arrange training systems, materials and classrooms to ensure that the courses can be delivered in the most optimum conditions (classrooms, systems and lab environment).
安排培訓系統(tǒng)，材料和教室，確保提供課程能夠在最優(yōu)化條件（教室，系統(tǒng)和實驗室環(huán)境）下進行。
4. Order/return parts/reagent for training requirements, to ensure the training courses can be delivered as scheduled.
根據培訓要修訂購/返回零件/試劑，確保培訓課程能如期交付。
5. Be responsible for training systems maintenances to keep good running status for training purpose.
維護培訓和演示儀器。
6. Coach students in all learning environments in order to present the learning content in the most active and efficient way for the student to study.
在所有學習環(huán)境下輔導學生，使學生以最活躍，最有效的方式學習培訓內容。
7. Evaluate the courses and assess the students in order to get feedback with which to improve course quality to the targets as set by the team manager.
評估課程和評價學生，根據獲得的反饋提高由團隊經理設定的課程質量目標。
8. The window person to Global System Support. Report and transfer technical problem to GCS using Clarify complaint management. Keep in touch with Global Customer Service to be informed about new developments, to be able to maintain existing courses and to ensure that course content is up to date.
與全球系統(tǒng)支持保持密切聯(lián)系，通過Clarify投訴管理系統(tǒng)向GCS匯報并傳送技術問題。并保持跟GCS的溝通，以保證已有課程的持續(xù)更新。
9. Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)
了解并執(zhí)行直線經理的SHE職責（詳見SHE手冊相關定義）
10. Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition.
遵循商業(yè)行為準則，合法合理開展業(yè)務活動。
Basic Requirements of the Job基本任職資格:
Education& Qualifications教育背景與專業(yè)資格:
1. At least Bachelor degree in relevant majorities
相關專業(yè)本科以上學歷
2. Good command of English in both spoken and written
英語說寫能力俱佳
3. Good command of MS office software application
熟練應用微軟辦公軟件
4. Product & Application Expertise
產品和應用的專業(yè)知識
工作經驗 Experience :
At least 2 years of working experience in relevant areas
相關領域2年以上工作經驗

Leadership competencies at proficient level, in line with corporate framework.
