General Information

Title: Sales Operation Specialist
Organization: SOE Directly
Reporting to: Sales Operation Manager

Major Accountabilities

Coordination between sales, finance, Supply chain on Contract management.
Coordination with different team on sales proposal review and approval.
Sales related data analysis by requirement as well as the report preparation.
Work with the sales team on sales forecasting and direct Sales report assembly.
Coordination in department's internal meetings.

Ideal Background

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above in related area.

Languages: Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Experience/Professional Requirement:

Experience in multinational company in sales admin, working experience in medical device is highly preferred.
Good adaptation, work under pressure.
Commitments with a high sense of urgency.
Problem solving skills.
Strong communication skill, team player.
Proficient computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
