POSITION: AR Accountant FS China 

WORK LOCATION: Hongkong 

JOB PURPOSE  

1. Sales deduction accrual/true up/settlement calculation and booking in system.
2. EFA (Equipment financing arrangement) SAP tool uploading and reporting.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES(Describe the main results of the job to be achieved   ) 

1. Calculate and book sales deduction accrual accurately and on time.
2. Communicate with customer and BPA for sales deduction true up and settlement.
3. Prepare sales deduction part for accounting estimation review.
4. Prepare EFA SAP tool uploading file and compliance report. Escalate for any potential risks of low compliance rate contracts. 
5. Provide data and report per requirement of internal and external customer with accuracy and on time.

IDEAL BACKGROUND (State the minimum and desirable education and   experience level)

1. Education: Bachelor degree with major in accounting
2. Languages:English â€“ fluent
3. Experience:

• Over 2 years in Big 4 accounting firms with strong technical accounting. FIC experience preferred.
• Good communication skills. 
• Experience with ERP (SAP) is preferred.
