Position Summary
職位概述
Responsible for warehouse operations and support line manager to manage 3rd party logistic to meet all the KPIs. Result oriented to manage and optimized the whole logistic process from warehouse to customer with continues improving cost.
負(fù)責(zé)倉庫操作，配合部門經(jīng)理管理第三方物流商以滿足所有的績效考核。以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向，管理并優(yōu)化物流流程，持續(xù)改善從倉庫到客戶端的成本。
Main Responsibilities:
主要職責(zé)：
Manage warehouse operation. Realize productivity through the whole process and work with 3PL closely to achieve performance continuous improvement.
管理倉庫操作。通過和第三方物流商在整體流程的緊密合作實(shí)現(xiàn)績效表現(xiàn)持續(xù)提高。
Manage the performance of 3PLs to ensure high quality and high efficiency. Regular review of the 3PLs KPI and create the action plan in case of KPI deviation.
管理第三方物流商以確保高質(zhì)量和高效率的工作，定期審查第三方物流商的績效并制定發(fā)生偏差時(shí)的行動(dòng)方案。
Analyze the logistic spending, ensure the data transparency and accuracy.
分析物流費(fèi)用，確保數(shù)據(jù)的透明性和準(zhǔn)確性。
Work closely with quality team, regulatory team to meet company the standard and comply with government regulations.
與質(zhì)量團(tuán)隊(duì)和管理團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作，以滿足公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并遵守政府法規(guī)。
Work with planner team to meet the target operation metrics.
與計(jì)劃部門協(xié)作以完成操作指標(biāo)。
Support or work together with logistic associates to implement logistic project and realize the yearly logistic target.
支持物流同事工作，完成物流項(xiàng)目和實(shí)現(xiàn)年度物流目標(biāo)。
Familiar with import/export customs clearance, FTZ warehouse operation is a plus.
熟悉進(jìn)出口清關(guān)，有保稅區(qū)倉庫操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。

Bachelor education in logistic management preferred.
本科學(xué)歷，物流管理相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先
Supply chain/logistic experience (3+) in related industry. Experience of 3rd party logistic management is a plus.
3年以上供應(yīng)鏈/物流相關(guān)行業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有第三方物流管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)為佳
