KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Operational activities: 50%
-Provide the reporting and analysis under IFRS each month end and ensure submitting all reports to HQ timely and accuracy.
-Prepare long term plan, budget, and rolling forecast, provide valuable analysis and advise to business partner, and prepare review package.
-Provide timely and effective internal management reports and analysis for GM or other Sr. management team members
-Introduce financial reports to facilitate decision-making and management control by: Defining relevant information to be included in reports, developing relevant activity indicators and ratios, adapting reporting to make it accessible and useful to all related departments.
-Coordinate with Accounting team and other department closely to respect the deadline for consolidation report, budget and other management report.
-Support and work with internal and external audit and prepare the documents required by auditors.
-Assistant the Associate Controlling Director to manage other business case or adhoc tasks.
Strategic and managerial activities: 50%
-Contribute to dicision making and manage overall finance analysis, promotion activities align with business strategy, productivity analysis
-Contribute to and coordinate overall forecasting and budgeting activities and secure their coherence through: timely and accuracy report.
-Manage and expense review and approve under finance director’s instruction and authority.
-Orgnize sales/expense/CAPEX review meeting to make sure activities align with company policy and IFRS GAAP.
-Price management/monitoring and assist commercial policy design.
-Manage internal control/SOX implenmentaion and make sure all activities align with compliance and internal control/SOX requirement
-Monitor finance related business process, define optimization and simplification opportunity and initiate the optimization.
-Improve the budget tools and actual data base.
CONTEXT OF THE JOB/MAJOR CHALLENGES
-Closely cooperate with business partner(incl. department head), provide value-added adivese based on deep understanding of business and product, ablitiy of smooth communicate with business partner use business wording instead of only finance mindset.
-Work under tremendous pressure in order to meet the deadlines and urgent tasks.
-To manage stakeholders to meet the deadline of HQ and management team.
-The jobholder faces changing and complex environment in the Chinese financial regulations, group policy request and other complex situations.
-Good communication skill and personality since this role will closely work with department heads and Sr. management team in local and HQ.
DIMENSIONS/SCOPE

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
College degree or above in Finance or related field
Experience & knowledge:
-At least 8 years working experience in financial analysis positions in foreign enterprises, pharmaceutical experience is preferred
-Professional accounting and finance knowledge, familiar with China GAAP and IFRS GAAP, finance, tax policies and practices
-One of accounting qualification CPA/ACCA/CMA/CIMA is a preferred
Core competencies:
-Strong financial analytical abilities and business acumen.
-Hands-on oriented meanwhile have strategic view and could self-managed working progress
-Excellent excel skills and good knowledge of Microsoft software
-Good presentation skill.
-Financial system knowledge is must, such as SAP, HFM and TM
1.
-Self-motivated and persue self-development, problem solving orentied with creative idea.
-Good communication skills and personality, able to maintain good relationship and cooperate with business partners.
-Responsible and conscientious.
-Able to work under stress. Flexible regarding extra work after normal work hours especially during period of closing, budget, long-term plan and adhoc tasks.
-Intermediate English skills– oral and written, fluent Chinese
