JOB PURPOSE:
The senior patient solution manager is responsible for implementing patient centricity in a specific TA through building patient strategy and designing patient solution for ensuring patients are continually engaged and that their needs and perspectives are incorporated into all aspects of our business. This role will be accountable for all patient solution delivery and implementation to improving health outcomes in the TA.

SUPERVISED RESOURCES:
Direct responsibility for project A&P budget linked with program as outlined in the annual medical plan
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Be the patient centricity champion in one specific TA, covering core, PC and retail
2. Ensure all PSP projects are with the right medical governance
3. Deliver patient journey and identify unmet needs in moment by facilitation patient AB and internal workshop
4. Develop and align patient strategic module for brand planning of mature product and new product launch planning
5. Design patient solution or service ecosystem roadmap and resource plan
6. Accountable for all solution delivery and implementation in on one TA
7. Keep monitoring on competitor program in the specific therapy area

a) Lead Integrated care roadmap and program design (AI-based intervention, smart device and etc.) via collaboration with DIA BU strategical MKT team and other cross functional teams based on patient insight
b) Manage Integrated care deliverable in each iteration via partner with PingAn, association and interval IT
c) Define implementation plan including pilot, launch and full scale
d) Design data generation schema by working with medical RWE team
e) Be responsible for integrated care budget planning

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Master degree, major in medical or related medicine science is preferred.Experience & knowledge:
l Above 6-7 years working experience, at least two years related patient solution experience.
l Experience in diabetes therapy area preferred but not required

1. Familiar with pharmaceutical industry
2. Strategical thinking, have a holistic view on brand planning and be able to develop patient strategic module
3. Deep understanding on patient insight and their un met needs through the disease journey
4. Strong communication: can present priorities and plans clearly and effectively, proactively seeks feedback from across the organization and uses this to improve operations.
5. Good interpersonal skills: can negotiate with others to find solutions that address interests, tactful in handling points of conflict
6. Good English and computer skills
