JOB PURPOSE:

3. Enhance interaction with NIFDC and other HA to guarantee the smooth and accelerated batch release
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensure sustainable products supply to support business growth
-Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process through development of collaborative and robust forecasts, supply allocation and planning
-Prepare and present S&OP related topics in the management business review and drive decision making process
-Lead demand planning process to ensure proper demand signal, market risk assessment and demand dynamics in collaboration with stakeholders
-Manage Forecasting systems, propose improvements and acts as key user in China
-Enhance interactions with global Supply chain by involving global supply chain processes
-Enhance interactions with global and local VIA to track the production process, analyze the gaps and make the mitigation plans
-Enhance interactions with Regulatory to well manage the license renewal, variation approval to ensure smooth and sustainable supply
-Work closely with Sanofi China supply chain on related initiatives of distribution and customer services to improve customer satisfaction
-In case of supply shortage, make mitigation plan to minimize the risks and supply shortage impact
-Deeply involved in the CSP/Budget process for supply planning

-Deeply involved in the goods allocation for each province and monitor the stock level
-Lead internal / external crisis management to ensure business continuity
Guarantee the smooth and accelerated batch release to support sustainable supply
-Enhance the interaction/collaboration with NIFDC to accelerate the batch release
-Keep close communication with global quality to guarantee to provide high quality documents for batch release

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor degree or above in Medicine or sales/marketing or related field, prefer MBA
Experience & knowledge:
-At least 10 years related management experience in multinational companies in the related industry with external and internal management and reporting responsibilities and a close interaction with headquarter supply chain
-With the experience of a charismatic leader with recognition among the scientific community and the business related government authorities
-With the experience of a fair, honest manager with a participative management style, able to train, coach his teams to perform, learn and improve their capabilities
-With the experience of a good planner with a strong business sense, self-motivated and a good organizer
-Cross-functional and global-local working ability
