RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Identify market opportunities; work with multiple functional teams to develop regulatory/ registration strategy with alignment to business priorities.
? Ensure regulatory submissions dossier readiness, filling and approval in a timely manner and maintain the license including Infant formula, follow-on formula, Import Drugs, FSMP, Functional food, IF/FSMP Manufacture License.
? Influencing government policy/GBs making to effectively protect/advance company’s interests
? Maintain and develop long term relationship with internal/external key stakeholders including internal teams and government agency ( such as CFDA, NHFPC, AQSIQ, CDE and other relative governmental technical bodies ) and KOLs
? Ensure products compliance in terms of China regulatory requirements
? Train & Develop strong regulatory team to support business sustainable growth
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
? Industry experiences:
8+ years management experience in multinational pharmaceitical/nutrition/ industries
? Position experiences:
8+ years regulatory/R&D/Medical/food safety experience in nutrition/food/Pharmacetuical company
? Language Skills：
Fluent English & Mandenrin both oral and written
? Other Special requirement:
- Strong skill of anticipating issues and driving results
- Develops scenario and contingency plans that ensure achieve results with uncertainty and dynamic environment.
- Translates strategies into actionable goals and plans and ensure the alignment of effort and purpose with good communication skill
