Location: Tianjin or Shanghai
Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains business intelligence processes to support end to end planning.
? Provides scenario modeling to support SC planning head.
? Produces KPI reports for the region, and works with supply chain contacts e.g. sites, move product to get required data and provide validation.
? Investigates the root cause of issues and recommends actions to prevent reoccurrence.
? Builds Supply Review Meeting (SRM) packs for relevant meetings as part of the Core Commercial Cycle.
? Evaluates supply chain performance and trends e.g. APO / Manugistics exception messages.
? Provides periodic static data extraction and validation for integrity and consistency; ensures data updated in relevant supply chain systems; provides KPI measures around data integrity and accuracy.
? Provides standard reporting for the region and dynamic reporting across categories / structures; links to site based teams for local MRP data and BSSS teams for additional reporting / analysis.
? Change control (ownership and/or support) for data system changes for supply chain planning
Qualification:
? University graduated
? Qualification in mathematics and/or statistics either at degree or equivalent level.
? Practical experience in running Supply Planning processes in a Pharmaceuticals environment including interaction with Commercial operations. Experience of a Pharmaceutical and/or FMCG environment is beneficial.
? Advanced level Excel skills required.
? Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
