Work location: Guangzhou Key accountabilities: Lead the delivery of clinical services at Bupa China clinics that arecustomer centric, evidence based and incorporating and adhering toBupa’s clinical quality framework. ? Lead routine meetings with clinical team to review clinicalperformance of the centre ? Provide clinical quality reports and all medical related data withagreed metrics to the Medical Director ? Engage in shared decision making model of care ? Lead continuous medical education and self-study ? Instil a strong team spirit between all clinical and non-clinicalstaff to provide best possible care for the clients Role requirements: ? Master degree or above in Medicine in well-known medical universities ? Minimum 5 years clinical experience in GP or Internal Medicine 綜åˆå…§ç§‘specialty ? Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must ? Solid experience with Medical Quality Management is a must ? Minimum 3 years solid experience in leading a clinical team ordepartment ? Work or study experience in foreign hospitals/clinics or overseaspreferred ? Experience or exposure to medical compliance or certificationpreferred ? Open to Chinese nationals and expatriates ?
