崗位職責 Example of Duties As a medical professional, you provide excellent medical care topatients. Provide diagnosis and treatment of the conditions of themouth, gums and teeth. Participate in marketing activities to promotehospital services. Achieve business objectives under Chief of DentalDepartment. 作為一名醫學專業人員，需對患者提供優質的醫療服務。針對口腔環境、牙齦和牙齒提供診斷和治療。參與市場營銷活動，提升醫院服務。在口腔科主任之下完成業務目標。 Examples of duties崗位職責: Providing excellent and safe dental care services to all patients atOASIS through evidence based medical practices. 在明德醫院通過循證醫學實踐，為所有患者提供優秀的和安全的口腔保健服務。 Explaining risks/benefits of procedures and treatment to each patient. 向每位患者解釋過程和治療中可能存在的風險和收益。 Perform clinical duties as a general practitioner (i.e. restoratives,root canal treatment, extractions, crown and bridges, scaling, teethwhitening and etc.) to patients. 執行臨床全科醫生的職責(例如牙齒修復、根管治療、拔牙、修復牙冠和牙橋、潔刮術、牙齒美白等等)。 As a team團隊任務: Work alongside with other physician in all clinical departments topromote cross-departmental cooperation. 與其他所以臨床部門的醫生開展工作，促進跨部門合作。 Assist in updating and writing new guidelines and policies. 協助更新和編寫新的指導方針和政策。 Direct nurses in procedures for preoperative and postoperative care suchas administering sedatives, prescribing diets, and preparing operativearea for patients. 指導護士進行術前和術后護理保健，如注射鎮靜劑、處方飲食和為患者準備手術區域。 Work closely with Chief of Dental in supporting clinic and hospitalgoals. 與口腔科主任密切合作以支持臨床和醫院目標。 Hospital promotion醫院推廣: Support the marketing team to promote dental services, and the hospital.Participate in promotional activities as required (seminars, workshops,writing health blogs, etc.). 支持營銷團隊工作以提升口腔科和全院服務水平。根據需要參與推廣活動(講座、工作小組、健康博客撰寫等等)。 Business objectives and OASIS management業務目標和明德醫院管理: Meet objectives set by hospital management team and Chief of Dental.Accomplish all preparations for the JCI accreditation. Work on qualityimprovement activities within the department in collaboration with otherdentists and nurses. 根據醫院管理團隊和口腔科主任要求，完成既定目標。完成所有JCI認證相關準備工作。協同其他牙醫和護士開展工作質量改進活動。 任職資格 Performance Requirements Skills and Expertise專業技能: Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (orequivalent) from an accredited Dental School 官方認可的牙科學校畢業，口腔外科本科或牙科醫學碩士學位(或同等) Completion of residency training in dentistry from an accredited DentalSchool or hospital 在官方認可的牙科學校或醫院完成住院醫師培訓 More than 5 years of experience in clinical dentistry preferred 5年以上臨床口腔經驗者優先 Fluency in English Required 熟練的英文水平 Certificate/Licensing資質證明: Chinese physicians: Chinese professional physician certification 中國醫生:中國職業醫師認證 Foreign physicians: Temporary license for foreign physician to practicemedicine 外國醫師:外國醫生行醫的臨時許可證
