崗位職責 Example of Duties 1. Administer anesthesia or sedation during medical procedures, usinglocal, inhale, intravenous, regional or nerve block methods. 為醫(yī)療操作提供麻醉或鎮(zhèn)靜。方法包括：局部麻醉、吸入或/和靜脈麻醉、區(qū)域阻滯以及神經阻滯麻醉等。 2. Monitor patient before, during, and after anesthesia and counteractadverse reactions or complications. 對病人實施術前、術中及術后監(jiān)護。治療病人的副反應及并發(fā)癥。 3. Provide and maintain life support and airway management, and helpprepare patients for emergency surgery. 提供并維持病人的生命支持及氣道維護管理，幫助完善急診手術病人的術前準備。 4. Record type and amount of anesthesia and patient condition throughoutprocedure. 記錄操作過程中麻醉方式、麻醉藥物用量以及病人術中狀態(tài)。 5. Examine patient, obtain medical history and use diagnostic tests todetermine risk during surgical, obstetrical, and other medicalprocedures. 檢查病人、獲取病史，完善診斷項目，以評估病人實施外科、產科以及其他醫(yī)療操作的風險 6. Position patient on operating table to maximize patient comfort andsurgical accessibility. 合理安排病人術中的體位以最大限度滿足病人的舒適性并為外科操作提供方便。 7. Decide when patients have recovered or stabilized enough to be sentto another room or ward or to be sent home following outpatient surgery. 決定病人何時開始麻醉恢復以及何時可以轉送至其他房間或病區(qū)，或是日間手術病人何時回家。 8. Coordinate administration of anesthetics with surgeons duringoperation. 手術期間，與外科醫(yī)師共同協(xié)作，完成麻醉的實施。 9. Confer with other medical professionals to determine type and methodof anesthetic or sedation to render patient insensible to pain. 與其他醫(yī)療人員共同商定麻醉或鎮(zhèn)靜方案。 10. Coordinate and direct work of nurses, medical technicians and otherhealth care providers. 幫助并指導護士、技師及其他工作人員的醫(yī)療處置。 11. Order laboratory tests, x-rays and other diagnostic procedures. 下達實驗室檢查、x-射線檢查及其他輔診檢查的醫(yī)囑。 12. Diagnose illnesses, using examinations, tests and reports. 根據檢查、化驗及其報告作出診斷。 13. Manage anesthesia services, coordinating them with other medicalactivities and formulating plans and procedures. 合理使用麻醉，協(xié)助醫(yī)療處置并形成相應麻醉方案。 14. Provide medical care and consultation in many settings, prescribingmedication and treatment and referring patients for surgery. 為病人提供治療及咨詢，開具處方并實施治療。如有需要，建議病人咨詢外科醫(yī)師。 15. Inform students and staff of types and methods of anesthesiaadministration, signs of complications, and emergency methods tocounteract reactions. 告知受教學生及員工：麻醉的類型及方法，并發(fā)癥的表現以及緊急預案。 16. Schedule and maintain use of surgical suite, including operatingrooms and anesthetic and sterilizing equipment. 安排手術預約，包括手術室及麻醉設備、手術相應設備。 17. Conduct medical research to aid in controlling and curing disease,to investigate new medications, and to develop and test new medicaltechniques. 從事疾病控制及治療相關的研究，檢驗新藥的使用；創(chuàng)新并檢驗新的麻醉技術。
