該職位主要負責執行所負責區域的推廣策略，并對BI中國的長期業務發展提供支持。

Duties & Responsibilities:

- 領導團隊在所負責的轄區內完成醫藥產品推廣計劃和方案，并創造長期業務增長的機會；
- 在所負責的轄區內與KOL建立并維護良好的關系；
- 根據月度計劃進行業務管理；
- 指導并輔導醫藥代表，為所有代表提供在職培訓，以確保銷售團隊的工作效率；
- 在所負責的轄區內成功的傳遞關鍵推廣信息并實施推廣策略；
- 根據競爭對手的市場活動做出新的推廣策略；
- 確保團隊進行的所有活動都符合公司的ACP政策、行為標準、中華人民共和國相關法律法規和所有相關的行動守則。
Requirements:

- 大專及以上學歷，醫藥相關專業為佳；
- 3-5年外企相關工作經驗，3年以上管理經驗者優先；
- 良好的人際交往能力；
-優秀的演講技巧和溝通能力。
