Basic Purpose of the Position：

Ensure utilities including but not limited to HVAC, power system, steam system, purified water system, purified steam system, compressed air system, portable (hot) water system, refrigeration system, HBW system, fire protection system, security system & other building related systems to be in compliance with GMP and EHS requirements, secure utility supplying reliability and lifecycle cost effectiveness via correct utility operation and effective on-site preventive and remedial maintenance execution.
通過正確的公用設(shè)施運(yùn)行及有效的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)預(yù)防性/補(bǔ)救性維護(hù)，保證公用設(shè)施包括但不局限于暖通空調(diào)系統(tǒng)、配電系統(tǒng)、工業(yè)蒸汽系統(tǒng)、純化水系統(tǒng)、純蒸汽系統(tǒng)、壓縮空氣系統(tǒng)、冷熱水系統(tǒng)、制冷系統(tǒng)、消防系統(tǒng)、安保系統(tǒng)及其他樓宇系統(tǒng)等符合GMP及EHS的要求,確保動(dòng)力介質(zhì)穩(wěn)定供應(yīng)，以及動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)全壽命成本的最優(yōu)化。

Accountabilities
職責(zé)
1. Proactively conduct safety observation on utilities & facility system; behave as per all valid BI safety rules during operation & maintenance; and effectively supervise contractor employee’s site work safety.對(duì)動(dòng)力設(shè)施和公用設(shè)施進(jìn)行主動(dòng)地安全觀察，在操作和維修作業(yè)時(shí)遵循BI所有相關(guān)的安全規(guī)定，在承擔(dān)監(jiān)護(hù)義務(wù)時(shí)對(duì)服務(wù)商雇員的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作安全進(jìn)行有效監(jiān)管
2. Strictly carry out equipment daily inspection, record all parameters/data or findings in logbook following all relevant GMP requirements. 嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行設(shè)備日常巡檢，按GMP各項(xiàng)要求在日志中記錄各項(xiàng)參數(shù)/數(shù)據(jù)及發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題
3. Conduct effective site utility system monitoring & operation during the whole shift to ensure all utility systems perform as per GMP requirements, maintain supplying reliability and running cost effectiveness; proactively identify/report/act on system operation optimization opportunity and/or system early deterioration prevention through routine monitoring 在崗期間全程對(duì)動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行有效地監(jiān)控和操作，確保系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行質(zhì)量符合GMP要求，在系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控中主動(dòng)鑒別/匯報(bào)/實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的優(yōu)化，發(fā)現(xiàn)/匯報(bào)系統(tǒng)早期劣化的跡象并止損
4. Conduct all assigned utility system preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance as per SOP & work order requirement; ensure GMP compliance through the whole service process; complete all documentation accurately in a timing manner 嚴(yán)格按相關(guān)工作流程和工單要求執(zhí)行所有被分派的預(yù)防性及/或響應(yīng)性維護(hù)，準(zhǔn)確及時(shí)完成所有相關(guān)作業(yè)文檔的填報(bào)
5. Proactively work on the operational & engineering solution to transfer the identified optimization opportunity into permanent consolidation 主動(dòng)致力于通過流程改進(jìn)及/或技術(shù)改進(jìn)將鑒別出的改善可能性轉(zhuǎn)化為持續(xù)有效的受控狀態(tài)
6. Actively involve into utility system trouble-shooting and corresponding loss prevention activities in a timing manner 主動(dòng)及時(shí)地執(zhí)行對(duì)動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)的故障排查和早期止損
7. Promptly respond to any utility system emergency treatment following specified procedure requirement and notify the finding to all relevant parties in a timing manner 按工廠流程要求及時(shí)執(zhí)行對(duì)動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)急響應(yīng)， 向所有相關(guān)方及時(shí)通報(bào)應(yīng)急狀態(tài)
8. Participate in site engineering spare parts/ engineering consumable stock management， accurately record on stock-in/out type & quantity and report stock shortage 參與工廠動(dòng)力備件及工程材料的倉儲(chǔ)管理，準(zhǔn)確記錄出入庫材料種類與數(shù)量，及時(shí)匯報(bào)庫存短缺
9. Proactively identify and contribute operational & engineering solution to achieve site level energy saving and/or operation cost saving 主動(dòng)鑒別和貢獻(xiàn)通過操作改善及/或技術(shù)改進(jìn)能為工廠帶來能耗或費(fèi)用節(jié)約的解決方案
10. Participate into FAT, SAT and/or qualification activity as per assignment 參與項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過程中工廠驗(yàn)收、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)驗(yàn)收直至驗(yàn)證過程
11. Proactively identify and contribute operational & engineering solution to improve existing internal process’s efficiency & effectiveness 動(dòng)鑒別和貢獻(xiàn)通過操作改善及/或技術(shù)改進(jìn)來優(yōu)化內(nèi)部作業(yè)流程

Qualifications
任職資格
1． Senior high school or high education majoring, mechanical Engineering background is preferred. 高中或高中以上學(xué)歷, 機(jī)械工程背景為佳
2． At least 5 years relative field work experience in pharmaceutical/ food industry, familiar with utilities system operation, maintenance and troubleshooting experience.至少5年藥廠/食品廠相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉公用系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行,維修及故障排查
3． 400V electrician certificate is a MUST必須擁有低壓電工證
4． Conventional PC skill, especially EXCEL具有電腦操作能力,特別是會(huì)使用EXCEL電子表格軟件
5． Familiar with spare parts management procedure熟悉工程備品備件管理流程
6． Certified boiler operation/management is a MUST 必須持有司爐證（或鍋爐管理員證）
Must be capable of working under 12 hour shift pattern必須能適應(yīng)12小時(shí)翻班制
