工作地點：深圳寶安國際機場
主要職責：
1) 處理異常包裹，及時向內/外部客戶提供貨物的最新狀況追蹤信息，及完成每日部門日常操作報告；
2) 及時并準確地處理部門內部員工的每月考勤核算及報表制作，及時處理部門員工的工作證件更新；
3) 及時準備并提交部門的請款、付款和報銷資料；
4) 及時訂購部門文具及操作需要的供應，并做好分發和控制工作；
5) 協助部門主管的工作，并向部門員工及時傳達相關信息。
崗位要求：
1) 大專以上學歷，有一年以上相關工作經驗者為佳；優秀應屆畢業生亦可；
2) 熟練的英語表達能力，至少能勝任書面的全英文工作；
3) 熟練操作電腦技能，尤其是Office系列；
4) 能接受并適應長期夜班（約21：00—06：00）。
