工作描述：
1. 新客戶開發
積極尋找新的商機，開發UPS新客戶；
2. 挖掘現有客戶的新需求
運用一定的銷售方法將UPS的解決方案及增值服務如 Branded Label, API , QVM, ICDV,PI等介紹給客戶，改變客戶對傳統物流的看法，加深客戶對于UPS物流的認識，幫助客戶提升競爭力，提高客戶滿意度，進而為UPS挖掘新商機；
3. 客戶維護
對于潛在客戶群, 及時安排客戶拜訪，了解合作潛能，并與各個部門協調創造合作機會；定期拜訪老客戶，維護UPS的服務品質；定期管理合同，及時給客戶續約；
4. 客戶服務
為UPS客戶報價，回答各種疑問，協調UPS國內外各個部門解決企業的各種要求（如海關扣貨，Cross Label等）及特殊需求（如調賬，同日二次遞送，異地取件，機場自送貨等）；協助客戶實施UPS的技術解決方案；
5. 日常銷售管理
每周對貨量和銷售業績情況進行分析，如有差距，及時調整銷售策略；每天下班前做好第二天的Cold Call計劃；每天做好已經完成的拜訪記錄，更新報銷系統。

2. Visit current account & periodically, communicate with key person, smooth OP problems, solve complain, and try to capture new business opportunities.
3. Follow up oversea sales lead, develop free hand business, accomplish sales target.
4.Follow up & generate sales lead, for more potential business, develop more free hand business by conducting effective sales meeting negotiation etc.
5. Request service/rate request.
6. Study the request & producing most competitive & effective service solution in timely manner.
7. Share market information.
8. Observe useful market information & share with all relevant peoples, departments and customers, including space allocation, market rate, new government regulations, etc.
9.Establish close & good working relationship with all customers & co-workers.
10. Work with accounting department & make sure all A/R collection from assigned customers is settled in time.
