Tasks:
●Be the key resource of CH document management tasks and responsibilities.
●Perform in the global record management process for CH newly registered.
●Reports and provide relevant comments/guidance for questions.
●Cooperate and co-working closely with DM colleagues in Germany and US to provide DM business expertise around the clock .
●Dedicate to archiving tasks for consumer health
●Perform training (on hand) to secure compliant usage of document management system.
●Independently work on system data maintenance and system user support, cross check among systems for master data
●Proactively build up connections/network with stakeholders from different functions and optimize current processes to improve the efficiency.
●Provide contribution to further DM system development and fully involve in projects of Consumer Health legacy documents integration, be the gate keeper of Batch Import Tool for CH documents.
●Continuously improve document quality in ShareDoc Support eDiscovery process and support global requests from Legal and other organizations within the company.
●Assist Team Leader with extended responsibilities of CH tasks.
Requires:
Education:
●Bachelor or Master in medicine, life sciences, or medical computer science or comparable experience
Experience:
●For Bachelor Degree at least 3-4 years or Master 2-3 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry of which 2 years in global regulatory
affairs
●Sound knowledge of regulatory and other R&D business processes
●Good understanding of IT in relation to regulatory requirements and health authority guidelines
General skills:
●Highly structured and process oriented thinking, organizational talent, persuasiveness, ability to work under pressure
●Excellent communication and networking skills
● High degree of precision
●Team oriented, ability to contribute ideas to a team based working environment
●Fluent in English. Mother tongue Chinese, another language,preferably German, is desirable
