Major Responsibilities：

? Set marketing objectives and strategies for different franchises and brands to achieve the short and long-term company business objectives and franchise P&L.

? Develop annual franchise business plan and manage marketing budget to achieve the sales target.

? Lead the franchise team to work with advertising and media agencies on the development of communication platform, media placement and manage the most effective and creative use of media budget.

? Work with research agency on research project that provides consumer insights.

? Lead and develop subordinates to support organizational and business growth.

? Ensure regulatory clearance an product advertising pricing and reimbursement.

? Develop new product strategy, launch plan and take responsibility for execution.

? Be in duty bound to transferring the received complaint to the designated department according to company complaint handling procedure timely.

? Comply with the rules and regulations of company and HCC.



Qualifications：

? Minimum 4-5 years product management experiences with P&L responsibility.

? 1-2 years experience in supervision of marketing personnel.

? Preferably with 1-2 years field sales experience.

? Good understanding in product management of OTC and/or FMCG business.

? Good spoken and written English.

? Bachelor degree from a reputable University.  MBA is preferred.
