3) Spend within budget -- A&P/CME & T&E
2 Marketing plan execution 35%
1) Organize and coordinate profed and customer events
2) Assist to track the execution of marketing programs
3) Develop and manage selling aids and other communications with the sales force
3 Support sales & marketing operations 35%
1) Coordinate with JJMC internal partners (HCC, Prof Ed, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
2) Develop and manage marketing processes including samples, visual aids etc
3) Assist to manage marketing finance, including budget tracking and managing finance codes
4) Respond to requests from sales promptly
4 Teamwork and Special Project 10%
1) Actively participate in team meeting and information sharing
2) Complete assigned projects within timeline
5 HCC & QA 10%
1) Comply With the company policy of HCC.Make sure to participate in the training of HCC.In the view of the HCC violations, can report in a timely manner according to company policy.
2) In daily work abide by the company's quality management processes, and finish the annual quality awareness training. Including the external audit, nothing serious responsible for field found items. Related to the quality improvement events do not exceed the time limit as required. Such as NC/CAPA/CCA/training, etc.
1. At least 2 years relevant experience, preferable for the working experience with MNC
2. Good command of oral and written English
3. Good MS (outlook, Excel, Word, PPT) skills
4. Good communication skills
5. Integrity, high sense of responsibility, hardworking, good teamwork spirit
