About the department

The position
Master Bidding Policy, make bidding strategy and budget
- Collect, file and report information related to bidding in responsible area.
- Master and interpret bidding policy.
- Work out bidding strategy according to research and company’s strategy target.
- Make bidding budget and control expenses.
2.Lead regional bidding and manage the whole bidding process:
- Manage the whole process of provincial bidding and bidding of some key areas. Lead and guide bidding teams on regional bidding. Monitor and follow up each procedure especially quoting, negotiating, bidding results releasing and monitoring on-line manipulation directly to ensure winning bidding and keep with a reasonable price.
- Guide and regulate making of standardized bidding documents. Double check bidding documents and prices.
- Assist bidding team to solve big problems such as quality level classifying, patent and appealing.
- Coordinate emergencies in bidding.
3.Build up and maintain relationships
- Build up relationship with bidding related government departments, communicate frequently to obtain timely information and effectively influence local government on making bidding policy.
- Coordinate internal resources in the company.
- Actively participant in meetings and activities organized by industry association such as RDPAC.
4.Follow up and manage work after bidding
- File bidding documents.
- Report and fill in bidding results.
- Calculate compensation.

- Familiar with pharmaceutical bidding policy and operational processes
- Good management of business project
- Good problem analysis and solving skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
- Strong ability of handling problem in emergency
- Work under pressure
- Integrity and responsible, a dedicated team player
- Being proactive and initiative
