About the department
Commercial department aspire to drive sales growth in PHI, Pharmacy and other channels, while ensuring market access, distributor cooperation and product availability to support sustainable business growth
The position
Lead and participate in CME/cross-functional projects:
Act as project manager for key projects owned by CME
Act as CME anchor for cross functions projects involving CME
Independently develop project proposal for projects aimed at improving the execution capabilities of CME/China
Act as project manager for preparations of BRMs/Budget meeting/Regional Business Plan
Working with HR Partner, act as project manager for China 2.0 and Ambition2016
Assume role for anchoring CME strategies and management, especially follow-up actions
Together with CME management, formulate CME strategies – on annual basis
Formulate a process to ensure implementation, with monthly review and follow-up of the strategies
Support CME HR Partner on organization structure and development initiatives and implementation
Support HR Partner on 3 key people targets for CME Standardization of work processes and performance measures e.g. KPIs
Systematic knowledge sharing and training, e.g. OJT, and systematic activities planning e.g. etms for commercial reps
Review of organization structure and clear job and responsibilities, including PHI contract sales teamsWork with BIT for necessary supports to realize above
Work with HR training teams to realize above
Work with CME management to present progress, and fine-tuning requirements on monthly basis
Support development of regular ET/GM reporting and communication
Develop monthly reporting to GM/ET, with clear sections contributed by respective Commercial VP’s direct reports
Support CME monthly communication with respective departments, at respective levels e.g. provincial/regions
As needed, support presentations by the directors to ET/BRM
Support CME newsletter communication to the ET/all employees
Prepare presentations and other materials for Commercial VP in collaboration with Department Assistant
As needed for various occasionsThese shall include analysis for key stakeholders e.g. distributors; analysis of changes to industry landscape and impacts on CME/Novo Nordisk China etc
Qualifications
Detailed knowledge and understanding of the business of Novo Nordisk China
Minimum 2 years’ experience:
Project management
General Novo Nordisk and pharma related business matters
Cross-functional company understanding
