Job Purpose (State in a nutshell the overall objective of the role)
1. To identify opportunities and make strategic marketing decisions to maintain market share for hospital business in OTC BU;
2. To lead business transition in hospital channel;
3. Leader of Hospital central Marketing, responsible for annual brand plan strategic and functional, support cross-function cooperation;
4. BU project coordinator or leader as delegated;
5. To lead OTC hospital marketing team.
Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the role to be achieved )
1. Well understand Cold & Vitamin market in hospital channel to dig and identify busi-ness key successful factors, and develop marketing plan for short/mid-term;
2. Develop annual & quarterly marketing activities for Bufferin& Theragran in hospital channel to support business target achievement;
3. A&P budget control for hospital channel;
4. Enhance national KOL engagement and build up regional KOL network collaborating with cross function;
5. Implement quarterly action plan, with supervising & coordinating subordinate/local marketing & sales team
6. Project management or coordination to support BU;
7. Develop & manage market research project to meet business needs
8. Support sales force in promotion and market access
9. Collaborate with enable function to ensure product success

Background (State the required education, experience level, and competency profile)
? Education:
Bachelor degree or above, in clinical medicine, life science or related
? Industry/Position experiences:
-At least 5-yr experience of hospital marketing management in pharmaceutical MNC
-2-3yr sales experience is preferable
? Language Skills:
Good oral & written English
? Computer Skills:
Excellent
? Other Specific requirements:
-Good sense of marketing principles and industry
-Strong market insights, opportunity exploration, and strong skills of data analysis
