 Purpose of the Job：
Based in Shanghai Mfg. center, responsible for engineering tasks （projects, process etc.） to ensure smooth and timely production & projects.駐點(diǎn)在上海制作中心， 負(fù)責(zé)工程方面的任務(wù)（包括：項(xiàng)目，流程等），確保生產(chǎn)的順利進(jìn)行和項(xiàng)目的及時(shí)完成，持續(xù)改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)工藝，提高過程能力。

Tasks & Responsibilities：
- Translate Working Instruction and training operators to understand well and implementing.
翻譯作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書，培訓(xùn)并督導(dǎo)員工按照作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書工作。
- FMEA analysis, identify the key process and set up control plan.
分析FMEA，識別關(guān)鍵工序，制定控制計(jì)劃。
- Together with QA & MFG Team to keep improving production quality and process control to improve FPY, reduce remake and repair rate.
協(xié)同質(zhì)量和制作部門，持續(xù)改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量和過程控制；提高FPY，降低重做和維修率。
-Process improvements projects hands on and carry out, make sure the projects closed with high efficiency and quality;
工藝改善項(xiàng)目的負(fù)責(zé)和執(zhí)行，確保項(xiàng)目的高效性和高質(zhì)量性;
- Project assist of New Product(Technology) Introduction, or products transfer
協(xié)助新產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)，新技術(shù)引入或產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)移等工程項(xiàng)目；
-Stronger skill on process validate and products analyze, continuously improve the manufacturing process capability.
較強(qiáng)的工藝驗(yàn)證以及產(chǎn)品分析技能，持續(xù)改善制造過程的能力。
- Communication Interface, technical support problem solving between Phonak China and Headquarter
負(fù)責(zé)瑞士總部和上海總部之間起的溝通，技術(shù)支持和問題解決；
- Assistant (Deputy in absence) of Dept. Mgr. in daily department management, incl. departmental reports, people management, departmental issues solving, cooperation and support of other departments etc.
協(xié)助（ 缺席時(shí)代理）部門經(jīng)理進(jìn)行日常的部門管理，包括：部門報(bào)告，人員管理， 部門問題解決，以及對其他的合作和支持等。
- Other assignments by superior 完成上級主管交待的其他任務(wù)。

Qualifications：
- Colleague Diploma in mechanical, industrial or electronic engineering etc. 大專以上，專業(yè)為電子，機(jī)械或工業(yè)工程；
- More than 3 years Process or Quality Engineering in electronic or medical device industrial.3年以上電子或醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)，制造或質(zhì)量工程師。
- Being dedicated & Responsible 工作勤奮負(fù)責(zé)；
- Could work under high pressure 能承擔(dān)大的工作壓力；
- Good self-learning & improving 良好的自我學(xué)習(xí)和改進(jìn)的能力；
- Good understanding & patient 良好的理解能力和耐心；
- Being open-minded but strict to the process & policy 能有開明的思想，但是堅(jiān)守流程和制度；
- Proactive and result orientation 積極主動(dòng)，結(jié)果導(dǎo)向；

- FMEA產(chǎn)品失效模式分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
- CAPA / 8D analysis and reporting CAPA或8D分析解決問題的能力；
- QC 7 Tools / Lean / 6 Sigma GB 質(zhì)量7大手法，精益生產(chǎn)，6西格瑪（綠帶）；
- PM 項(xiàng)目管理知識和能力；
- Strong problem-solving Skill 善于解決問題；
- Master of process 流程方面的專家；
- Fluent in Oral & Written English 英語口語、讀寫流利；
- Familiar with computer hardware & software install 熟悉電腦硬件和軟件的安裝；
- Common computer & network’s trouble-shooting 可以解決通常的電腦和網(wǎng)路方面的問題；
- Efficient usage of MS office 高效實(shí)用MS office 辦公軟件；
- Be capable into and hands-on production 能參與實(shí)際制作。

Nice to have:
- Bachelor Degree or above, in Electronic or equivalent 本科以上，電子工程專業(yè)；
- computer science 計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)；
- Six Sigma/Learn production 6西格瑪/精益生產(chǎn)；
- Project Management 項(xiàng)目管理；
- Manufacturing experiences in the hearing instruments industrial 有助聽器制作行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
- 2 years Project Lead/Management experiences 2年及以上項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
- Project participant of products or technology introduction 參與產(chǎn)品或技術(shù)引進(jìn)項(xiàng)目；
- Good communication and cooperation with foreign colleagues in headquarter 和總部的外國同事有良好的溝通和合作；
- Timely feedbacks & support for the headquarter in Switzerland 對瑞士提供及時(shí)的反饋和支持。
