Purpose of the Job:  
Under the guidelines from Phonk (China), execute the sales job in defined regions to maintain & develop customers in order to achieve sales targets in term of average gross margin, market share and credit control. 在峰力（中國）指導(dǎo)方針下，在規(guī)定的地區(qū)內(nèi)執(zhí)行銷售工作，保持和發(fā)展客戶，達(dá)成銷售目標(biāo)，市場份額和客戶回款控制。  
Tasks & Responsibilities:  
- According to the plan/strategy derived from the sales department, be responsible for the sales job in the area and control the credit;  
根據(jù)銷售部門的計(jì)劃/戰(zhàn)略，負(fù)責(zé)在區(qū)域內(nèi)的銷售工作；  
- Open up the market; maintain and develop our customers and the reputation of Phonak  
開拓市場；發(fā)展我們的客戶及維護(hù)峰力公司良好的聲譽(yù)；  
- Contact/visit the customers frequently and obtain the business information in time;  
接觸/拜訪客戶，及時(shí)獲得市場信息；  
- Work out weekly report, monthly report and the visit reports after the business trip.  
按時(shí)提交周報(bào)告、月度報(bào)告和出差報(bào)告；  
- Make sales plan in the defined regions for sales forecasting, marketing analysis and actions taken etc. and implement it accordingly.  
制定銷售計(jì)劃，在確定的區(qū)域內(nèi)進(jìn)行銷售預(yù)測、銷售分析及采取的行動等；  
- Send the feedback of the marketing information, price/activities of the competitors etc. to the sales team leader.  
向銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者反饋市場信息、價(jià)格及競爭對手方面的信息；  
- Be the bridge if some customer complaining cases happen  
處理顧客抱怨；  
- Support our dealers to expand our sales channels in terms of joint sales calls, technical training coordination etc.  
支持我們的經(jīng)銷商，擴(kuò)大銷售渠道，協(xié)調(diào)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)等；  
- Other assignments from superior  
其他上級布置的工作。  
Qualifications:  
- College degree above大專以上學(xué)歷  
Work Experience  
- 3 years sales experience, sales experience in medical device industry will be preferred  
3年銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮
