Responsibilities:
1. Provide instrument installation, maintenance, modification, repairing, checkup and training activities on the customer sites, service workshops or exhibitions;
2. Sell service contract and other service products in the area;
3. Provide supports for company activities such as seminar, user training, sales demo and exhibition;
4. Fill-in and submit the field service reports timely;
5. Response to customer\'s inquiries to maintain a high customer satisfaction rate;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with major in Automation or related;
2. More than 2 year working experience in service field of medical device products;
3. With good communication skill and strong customer service sense;
4. Good command of English;
